创立于1987年，孝恩集团是马来西亚全方位生命企业之一。位于森美兰汝莱的孝恩园也是大马首家获得政府批准的私营化现代风景墓园。孝恩园的设计与管理，都是经过创办人 – 拿督朱正华全面周全的规划及布局。他认为，保留人文教育元素及传承传统文化皆是墓园不可或缺的社会功能。

孝恩园设计大蓝图则沿用崭新兴革思维的设计理念，庄严与实际的坟墓设计表达对亡者尊重，也让前来追思祭祀的后人因舒适的环境而感到尊重。这项革新对后来许多华人义冢的管理与美化改革计划，起了牵头领航的重大意义。

走进园区，迎面即是蔚藍的天空无边无际，苍翠的四面绿意葱茏，陪伴着一个又一个生命的循环。这块天圆净土有着未经雕琢的地理环境，福脉自然。
